No problems here using Firefox.

I couldn't answer some of the questions, not being a herald and 
therefore not up on all the rules. I wonder if they will come after me 
for some of my free text comments. For a time I considered 
(re-)submitting my name as "Fergus, The Flayer of Heralds". ;-)     
Fortunately for my reputation, the name I use now was approved, even if 
my device went down in flames.
