I just spoke to the hotel and was able to add some more rooms to our block
and got them to extend the discounted rate.  As long as you make your
reservations by December 20th you can still get the group rate.

As additional motivation to spend the night there has been inquiries about
holding a fighter practice on Sunday.  More information to come soon.
