I live in Winston-Salem.

 

The weather forecast for tomorrow is at least a significant chance of cold
rain most of the day. The mountain areas might possibly see snow fall,
though everything remotely near hear is still saturated from the lots of
rain we are having. It is doubtful anything will stick. There might be some
ice on bridges on your way back if you are driving Sunday or possibly very
early Saturday morning.

 

In any case, allow an extra 30 minutes to your driving time to allow for
traffic and weather.

 

Also, anyone native to NC does not know how to drive in the snow, I promise.
Watch out for them.
