[MR] unsolicited spam - ATTN Moderator

It is probably spam using a web harvested list address as the return to fool local spam filters.  
Many will use blind copy to send directly to addresses on the list.  It makes it look like a posting through the list and the spammer hopes that will encourage you to click on or do whatever.

We are having issues with this on my hospital system's network as we have many employees with publically posted email addresses out there and the spamers are getting clever in how they work this technique.
