One important thing to note - legally you can't ask for documentation to
prove that an animal is a service animal. While I agree that people
claiming pets or therapy animals as service animals is a problem, I'm not
sure how you can prevent it.
Before making a policy that documentation for service animals is required
you might want to check to see what the legal way of doing it is.
