[MR] OT - Is there an accountant/Tax expert in the house?

Pardon the interruption,

I find myself in a situation where I am likely to be going to be a
1099 contract employee of a firm for a while placed in a position
distant from my home (but still in the US), and I need to find a tax
expert to discuss matters with to be sure I understand all the
implications of that.

If you, or someone you know, is knowledgeable in this field, please
let me know.  I am willing to pay fair rates for their time, but need
to make this discussion soonish.
