[MR] Caer Mear Yule Celebration Reminders

Greetings unto the populace this fine day.
 
As Yule approaches, just a few reminders:
 
Competitions: 


table decoration as part of feast.  Themes from which to choose are: “From the Page” Best representation from a picture or medieval illumination; or  “Holiday Cheer” seasonal fun; remember the Baroness loves Red and Blue. 

  Subtlety Competition in any edible medium.
No open flames: if candles are part of your table display, consider using battery powered ones. 
Site will open at 3:00 pm (sign in at troll) and closes at 9:30 pm.  
As with all SCA events, please have your membership cards with you and appropriate waivers for any minors accompanying you without their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).    
Dry site - please plan your food and drinks accordingly.   
Our feast-ocrat, Bojzena, has set up a database on the Caer Mear Group to list your dish - so far only 8 have listed their food items.  If you are unable to access the data base, please contact Bojzena <bojzena_555 at yahoo.com>, or myself (off list) and we will be happy to list it for you.  Or you can let me know at fighter practice tonight. 
Remember to provide a list of ingredients, for those with dietary concerns.  And of course, bring your feast gear! 
Feel free to bring any period games you may have and enjoy the time with each other. 
As you know, our reservations are at capacity for the Great Hall.  If you unfortunately find that you will be unable to attend, please let me know (off list) as soon as you know.
