[MR] Therapy Dogs vs Service Dogs

I'd love to...unfortuantely, experience has shown us that people will
use whatever loophole they believe they can find to get their pet in.

As I have been informed, the significant difference is that dogs that
fall under ADA are (generally) certified and trained, and have
documentation to that effect. Dogs that do not, do not (again,
generally).

It would not surprise me if we request that certification to be
available upon request. We have not yet set policies for Sapphire
2010, the autocrat just having been determined, but given that we had
incidents last year with people abusing the "therapy dog" angle, I
imagine we will have to discuss cracking down, if we choose to keep
the no animals (other than service) policy.

> We are a society of people who attempt act nobly.  Perhaps the simplist and kindest thing is to believe the said gentle who states that they have a service dog.
