[MR] Heavy Combat Schedule for the Coronation of Vladimir and Kalisa and the Birthday of Stierbach

The following is the intended schedule of heavy activities at Coronation
of Vladimir and Kalisa and the Birthday of Stierbach:

0830-1030 Inspection and authorization
1230-1330 Continued inspection and Authorization
1330-UTC Bearpit 5/3 Person Melee Tournament
Completion-Court Field open for pickups.

Teams may consist of 5 non-belted fighters or three fighters if at least
one is a Member of the Chivalry.
Teams may substitute fighters between rounds.
All armor will be visually reinspected in the first round to make sure
it is all on because of the potential for the interval between
inspection and tourney start.
