Be it known to all gentlesw to whom these tidings may come:

On August 11th and 12th, there will be lights in the sky, no doubt 
imparting tidings of great import, had we merely the wit to properly 
interpret them.

Those of us who are fortunate enough to be in a place far away from 
city lights (as for instance, a desolate and forlorn campground in 
Pennsylvania) will be especially well-situated to observe these 
wonderful phenomena.
