Hawkwood has a tradition of collecting for a charity at each of its events.
This weekend, we would ask that folks bring canned goods for donation to the
Manna Food Bank (http://mannafoodbank.org/about), to help feed the hungry.
If you don't have time to stop and grab a can or two, Manna Food Bank will
happily accept cash donations as well.  Even when we ourselves are
tightening our belts, sometimes we forget others who have nothing.  We in
the SCA are very lucky.  Let us share a little of our good fortune...

The donation drop will be in the main hall, at troll.  And I'll have a box
already there, full of cans to start us off!
