RENAISSANCE WEDDING AND FEAST

Merry meet!
I'm looking for specific information or websites of past renaissance weddings. Would anyone like to show off and give me some suggestions on historic accuracy? We are considering for the feast, roasted venison, rabbit, some sort of fowl (probably chicken for the mundane guests), roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes, apples, figs and fruit, cheeses, root vegetables, and croquembouche for the wedding cake. Also trenchers (hard flat traditional bread 'plates' for guest plates). I am bartering historical costuming with a rabbit breeder for the meat, and hunters for the venison.

I'd love suggestions on how to carry out this feast, what order to serve (buffet style seems to be the prevailing thought, as hiring servers will likely break the budget). Someone mentioned the SCA feasts and banquets, although I am not a member.

Thank you for any information you may wish to pass along....
