You see, this sort of thing would be fodder to develop a Japanese
persona and not run around with hooded black pajamas  (smile).  Ninjas
looked liked every day normal folk.  Think of the fun with poisoned
Green tea.  Ok, if a person were to ask me if they could play an
Assassin in the SCA, the idea of a Ninja could work nicely.  My advice
would be get Japanese garb, learn about the culture and have fun with
it.  Please understand that I am not a fan of Assassins, but I would
take the current interests of people and make needed adaptations in
how they play SCA.
