Good morning!

We have less than one month before Sapphire.   If you haven't
pre-registered, please consider doing so.  The event promises to be a good
one (all has been done to assure good moderate weather and good times for
everyone!)  Please cross post this email as necessary.

If you are interested in obtaining Field Space for Sapphire Joust, please be
sure to follow the steps below.  I currently only have 6 field space
reservations.

Step 1;  Please pre-register for the event  (

Step 2:  Email the autocrat (me) with the following information:
    Name of your group
    Size of your shade (including ropes, if any)
    Field side preference (near the heavy or rapier field)

This procedure should be followed for all groups requesting field space
(including Baronies, subgroups, households and individuals).  Please do not
assume that if you have had space in years past that you have space this
year.  The only good reservation is a sent reservation.

*Do NOT include this information on your registration form; and* *do not
email the reservationist*.  You should include your CAMP information there,
not field space.
(If you have already included this information with your pre-registration,
please do not email the reservationist, just kindly send me an email with
that information to be sure you are on the final list).
