Lady Lora,
The web maps are a little confusing (I've only been to Pennsic once),
but it appears that Cooper's Lake is barely inside 3rd Pennsylvania
Congressional District. That would be Representative Kathleen Dahlkemper
( http://dahlkemper.house.gov/ ). Can someone with more knowledge of
Cooper's Lake confirm this before we bombard her office with emails?
Kind regards,
