Lady Alexandra,
The last Danse focused event was St. Vitus day in April of 2008. The
Atlantian Academie of Danse has looked at some possibilities of moving
to a fall or winter time for a dance event since the spring calendar
tends to be rather full.
At St. Vitus, we discussed that the Atlantian Acadamie of Danse would
help organize all the classes and the evening ball if a local group
would be willing to assist us in finding a site and doing feast.
Essentially, make it like a dance only University where the local
group does not need to worry about finding the teachers. If we can
agree to a date and site, I would love to move forward with another
danse symposium.
As a side note - if you do get a danse practice set up in Sacred
Stone, please let us know so that we can add it to the dance acadamie
list of practices at http://dance.atlantia.sca.org/practices.php
Dance is Fun!
