[MR] Kingdom Web Minister Helping with Deciding Major Changes

If there are major changes to policy to be made, why not task the kingdom web minister with creating a simple web polling site for the issue (even black and white if we wanted but maybe not courier font) that had a polling on it?

Should we have a permanent site?

Yes No

Should it be at XYZ Location?

Yes No

Brief Comment 

Enter SCA Name and if possible confirm with a membership number (or maybe not).


Give the polling a deadline for responses and then tally the responses after they're done.

Would a polling web site like that be all that difficult to build?
