Your Majesties,

After observing the conversation and considering the options, I support
the idea of designating BJP the official Crown Tourney site for the next
couple of years. It will solve a current problem in a realistic way.
There are concerns to be addressed, but that is so with any plan. None
of them appear to be insurmountable, or for the most part that challenging.

In addition to solving a current problem, this can serve as a test
project or an inspiration to future decisions. As people see the
benefits of a regular site, with a long lead time, they may be inspired
to find similar sites in their region. This could lead to other events
having either permanent sites, or having enough regional sites for a
scheduled rotation. This is an additional secondary benefit.

It is possible, though I find it unlikely, that this will not work out
as well as we hope. It will still have been worth trying, and it is
certain to work well enough to sustain us.
