Here is the Atlantia Frappr map, made a long time ago (feel free to add
yourself to it if you haven't already)

Which when you zoom in correctly, shows the obvious 'clusters' of people
 around cities in SC/NC, the 'no mans land' of southern Virginia ... and
the LARGE population cluster in the NOVA/MD/DC area
