As long as we keep in mind that we'd have to get into long enough of a contract to make it worthwhile for the site to engage in as well.

My initial reaction to the idea of a permanent site was strongly mixed. But
one thing that might tilt the scales for me is reducing the initial contract
to a lesser number of years.
