    Is that geographically or center of population?  I don't know if they  
are all that different, but they are seldom identical.

    The folks in the western reaches of Highland Forde (think Cumberland  
MD, if not west of that) are even further out.  Best time I have for  
them to Richmond is just over 4 hours, and they are still over 2 hours  
from the site.

    Given Friday afternoon and evening traffic, even the folks coming  
south through Stierbach are going to see slow going.  It is better  
than it used to be, but multiplying travel times by 1.5 is not  
unreasonable for anywhere along the northeast corridor.

    Still, not bad compared to some Kingdoms...
