good point. a website would be easy. atlantia.sca.org/bjp.htm

on it you videotape a drive through in a golf cart: these are the cabins
inside and out. here is a map
here is the field, it measures whatever x whatever
here is the kitchen, it contains these things (video and an actual list. as
a frequent head cook and trained chef its a complete kitchen. complete)
here is the road leading in, you will need 6 signs placed here and here
(easy map posted)
there is a sams club located six miles from site. (how about an email that
goes out six weeks before that states "someone going to crown that can run
by sams please contact me, im the head cook and i live in maryland". person
is given a list of needs and the volunteer simply goes by an picks those
things up, drops them off in the multiple coolers on site or the walk in or
reach in freezers. a six mile trip requires no coolers in transit and its a
very easy job to do.

websites for any of our usual sites like that would be awesome and so easy
to do (elkin, kings mt, bjp, kanata, etc) and would be invaluable for anyone
using the sites be they local or otherwise.

regards
logan

Yep, all that and a bag of chips. I will gladly and cheerfully create a Site
Book for all our permanent sites.

I think there are maybe three?

So what do we need to make this happen?:

Negotiable/flexible contract.
Site book.
Commitment.
Desire.
People.
And a little hard work.

Sounds like a great opportunity...........
