[MR] Site book????

I know that through the work of our most recent past Sapphire
autocrat, we have a site book and general "How to survive Sapphire"
Manual that was passed on to this year's Autocrat, and will be passed
(with her notes) onto the next one.

it's been an invaluable tool.  I would recommend it for any events
that use the same site repeatedly (Heck, I'd be surprised if there
wasn't something similar for Ymir, WotW, and the other annual
biggies).

If the Kingdom pursues this "Central Site" plan, or a "Regional
Central Site" variant, or whatever, I would think a book like that
would be essential.
