Your Majesty,
Never having been involved in hosting a Crown Tourney, I'm curious about one of your points.  Why would crown have less staff requirements than other events?  It seems like you'd be filling many of the same positions (cooks, marshals, gatekeepers, etc), is this due to kingdom picking up some of the workload?
