[MR] Populace Devices addendum

My thanks to those who express concern over the request for mundane name. This was only to facilitate cataloging the devices since I found that there are a few members who as a single individual can have mulitple names and devices. I can only give my word to never reveal the mundane name and use it only for the archival process. In some ways I am naive and this concern did not occur to me before making the earlier post.
 
I am also contactng both the Laurel Office and the Kingdom Clerk of Precedence as I have no wish to interfere with their duties and will withdraw my request if necessary.
 
In my research I have found that some members do not have a visual depiction of their devices most likely from the member not insuring that the info on file is correct. So it is my hope to be of service by having an alternate device archive of pictoral content.
 
It can be embarassing to a scribe who tries to sketch out a device for an award scroll from a blazon only to anger the individual when they see that the device does not exactly match what they originally submitted. I have seen some Canton websites that have the officers if not the entire membership with devices displayed so thought my request innocent enough.
 
So, I leave this with the populace and will make no further postings after this one on the matter without good cause. Any further questions please feel free to contact me off list.
