[MR] Coronation Updates!

Good Evening Atlantia;

  Keep an eye out for updates to the website for the Coronation of Logan and
Esa at http://black-diamond.atlantia.sca.org/Coronation.html.  The updates
include a schedule (which can be viewed here:
http://black-diamond.atlantia.sca.org/Coronation%20Schedule.html) as well as
important information about reservations and field space.  Remember, if you
want to have field space by either the heavy or rapier fields, please let us
know.  Our Field space reservationist can be reached at kerrowien at yahoo.com.
Please be sure to include which field you want to see, and how much space
you need (including ropes).

  These measurements will be important so we can arrange the field for the
mid-day archery shoot.  Their Highnesses are very much looking forward to
watching the archers of Atlantia take aim and show their worth on the field,
and they will be given center stage.

 Also as a reminder, please be sure to reserve space for the Children's
Feast if you are interested in having your children there.  Remember, we are
not charging, but we do need to know how many people will be there so we can
have enough food.  If you haven't sent in a pre-reservation but would like
children included, please feel free to email our reservationist at
soarsie at cox.net and let her know how many spots you are requesting.  We do
have feast spots available but they are going fast, and if you want
reservations in, put them in the mail tonight!

  So, keep an eye out for more reminders and remember, the Coronation is in
a mere week!  Look forward to seeing you all there;
