Greetings to those who do receive this missive from Gisela event steward of War of the Wings III

War of the Wings III is just nine days away, Oct 9-12, 2008 at Elchenburg, NC. 

Land for group encampments is allotted based on Pre-registrations. Pre-registrations must be post marked by THIS FRIDAY Oct 3. They must include the size of your tents/pavilions including ropes and the name of the encampment you're going to set up with.

There is a Noisy or Party camping area this year down by the entrance to the woods battle in the meadow.

Gas has been readily available in this region of late.

There will be classes and A&S displays. Information for those is also found in the? Yahoo Group Files.

Volunteer - Waterbearing, Grounds, Privvy, Gate,Crying Camp, Marshals (chits given by staff taken to Newcomer's Point Collection) Privvy duty and Garbage Collection is worth double points.
