[MR] a class for MOLs at University

Greetings Atlantian Ministers of the Lists,

I will be teaching a class at this upcoming University session on
MOLing for Equestrian events.

This class will cover the authorization forms, what the EQGC and all
those other codes mean on the VOA form, what waivers they need to
sign, when you need to do an equestrian report, what kind of tourneys
we do and how to score them and answer questions you have about MOL
issues with the Atlantian Cavalry.

The class is scheduled for 2:30 to 3:30 pm. There is a handout. There
is no fee, however if you want to donate towards the printing, all
money collected will be donated to the Kingdom MOL office.

If you cannot make the class, you may still get a copy of the handout.

still a work in progress at the moment).
