[MR] Pre-registration for Session 73 of University of Atlantia is now open

Greetings from the Chancellor of University of Atlantia unto the populace of Atlantia!

I am pleased to announce that the course catalog for session 73 (October 4th) of the University of Atlantia is available online and preregistration is open until October 1st.

We have a great selection of courses and thank you to everyone who volunteered to teach a class.  Unfortunately, we were not able to schedule every class that was proposed and I will be contacting instructors over the course of the next week regarding reserve classes.
