Hey! HEY now!  Kim Chee if you get the good stuff, is pretty good  tasting 
and good for you!  It and sauerkraut is supposed to help with West  Nile.
 
You just have to like lots of garlic....  It really mellows if you add  it to 
a nice noodle soup, really!  Start with the new Kim Chee not the  fermented 
stuff, try it!  You'll like it.
