[MR] Reorganization of the SCA website

I think the change is excellent, timely, and well done.  I found everything I was looking for quite quickly.  While I admit I have more poking around to do there (I never seem to tire of that), I think kudos are in order for the web team that built this!

Passion is the source of our finest moments. the joy of love, the clarity of hatred, and the ecstasy of grief.  It hurts sometimes more than we can bear.
If we could live without passion, maybe we'd know some kind of peace. But we would be hollow. Empty rooms, shuttered and dank.  Without passion, we'd truly be dead.
