[MR] Reorganization of the SCA website

I think it looks like the SCA is less fly by night than it did before. It
looks professionally done. Usability remains to be seen. But for the random
vistor/press member who knows nothing about the SCA I think we gained
creditability right off the bat.

>From a Web design standpoint just from the front page with the menus
their control development looks to be mature and modern.

You know what they say about first impressions...

Useless I think not. Unless you think the web is useless and serves no
purpose. Which I think is a very challenging position to hold:) Its not hard
to debate the other side.
