[MR] Reorganization of the SCA website

They had actually moved most of the things to that URL base some time ago,
but most if not all of the old links to the Laurel web site at least still
work for the time being.  For instance, if you type the old standard
www.sca.org/heraldry.laurel, it will take you to
heraldry.sca.org/welcome.html.

Am I the only person that finds this redesign completely useless?

For example, where is the stuff from the Laurel Queen of Arms?
Nowhere I can find.  HEck, the "officer's policy" page jumps from
Exchequer to Media Relations Officer.  Herald is nowhere to be seen,
and lord knows the Herald's have lots of policies that would seem to
fit in there right neat like...
