Am I the only person that finds this redesign completely useless?

For example, where is the stuff from the Laurel Queen of Arms?
Nowhere I can find.  HEck, the "officer's policy" page jumps from
Exchequer to Media Relations Officer.  Herald is nowhere to be seen,
and lord knows the Herald's have lots of policies that would seem to
fit in there right neat like...
