We just moved up here from Stargate (Houston) not too long ago. We have
contact with friends down there and most of them have come through
pretty well. Of course, the ones who didn't wouldn't be able to call us
yet. :(  Our house there had at least some damage. Next opportunity I
will ask what folks down there need. We have to wait for them to check
in. Along with the outrageous power outages, there is the accompanying
cellular / phone outages.
