[MR] Tourney of Diamonds Cancellation Notice

PLEASE CROSS POST!

Due to heavy rains today and expected heavy rains for tomorrow (September 11 & 12th) we have made the choice to cancel the Tourney of Diamonds this year.

Due to the amount of rain our site is not accessible and we do not feel it would be a safe situation for anyone to be in. We are very sorry that notice did not come sooner but we were not expecting this amount of rain.

If you sent in a reservation your reservation will be sent back to you in the mail. If you have any questions regarding your reservation you can contact Lady Cecilia via email at exchequer at scabeaufort.com

If you know someone who was planning to attend but are not online we would appreciate everyone's help in calling them to let them know of the cancellation.
