The NHC site has been a favorite of mine ever since I did the CERT
training course. I've got a pretty good idea which one of those
blotches in the Atlantic is going to turn into Ike. I'm betting myself
that it will do so by Wednesday. Last Thursday, there was a red blotch
at 1000, which became Hanna by 1100. The medium-juicy patch off the
coast of West Africa might be a candidate for Josephine.
Incidentally, the Atlantic is starting to look like evening rush hour
at Dulles Airport (I live in the flight path...).
