[MR] Carolina Cheeseburgers

My husband and I just moved from MS in June.  A few weeks ago we decided to get some BBQ.  Saw a restaurant that had it, we ordered the Pulled Pork, ,we took a bite...OMG.....you can imagine the faces we made, probably much like the "chicken face".  How in the WORLD can you eat and ENJOY vinegar BBQ???  What is up with that!

We saw what we thought was a Red, Hot and Blue and got all excited, then found out that it went out of business cause they served Memphis BBQ!   

WOW, I know I'm in the south, but it doesn't feel like the south here :)

This is another local delicacy!!!  Cheeseburger with mustard, chili, slaw, and
onions.  Used to only be able to get them along the SC coast and up through the
NC Piedmont.  Wendy's, Mickey D's tried to serve them in the region,
but they couldn't compete against the local vendors for taste and price.  

Don' t even start on BBQ.  That will start the Civil War up again
