:-)frequent traveler remarks;
perhaps i64 can be called the "sweet tea line?" (all the transplants into florida make sweat tea unattainable.) :-)
"yes, only by the light of the McD's golden arches was sweet tea acquired: camden new jersey, stamford connecticut, sturbridge massachusetts, derry new hampshire, auburn maine, (didn't try in ny) all in one trip." northerners should just admit, they don't need sugar in their tea, because they havetasty cakes. :-)
 BUT "go ahead southerners, try finding a biscuit for breakfast west of houston texas! dare ya!" (except McD's) easterners look perplexed if you mention wat-a-burger ask south easterners "skyline or star" and ya get blank looks while texans look at you disgustedly. testify, "crystal is nothing like white castle", can i have a witness? (crickets chirping)
"you know, restaurants, like dukes or duchess?" (more crickets)
a crowd mixed from kansas city, memphis, charleston sc, lexington nc will fight to the death if yousay three little letters, "bbq"

mountain dew and faygo will never be in the same store.
ask a southerner "where is the wa-wa?" and we just dont know. but even worse is ask us for a "deli sandwich" and we will direct you to a grocery store!" oh the horror.

the most tragic is that anyone from the pacific northwest will have to drive in circles for hours looking for a "coffee stand". just say "bigfoots" and they will go stand in the shower with their clothes on because they miss home. :-)
AND its often theorized that nothing besides white gravy (or turkey gravy) exists west of the mississippi.midwesterners, "frisch's doesn't NEED gravy!" :-) best,callidore > > Personally, I think the "sweet line" is supposed to stop just north of> Richmond - at least it did the last time I was in that neck of the woods a> few years ago for an event.> > I'm not surprised that it's in New York - so metropolitan!
