Yes. 

At first glance it looks like the idea of the redesign was to make it more a
marketing site to service non-members, prospective members and focus on what
our marketing folks refer to as "revenue enhancement" with the key locations
focusing on the links for becoming a paid member, buying something from the
marketplace, etc.
