[MR] event cancellations

Greetings, all,

 

In the case of event cancellations, or any substantial change to an event,
please remember to include the chronicler (chronicler at atlantia.sca.org) and
the chronicler's calendar deputy (calendar at atlantia.sca.org) on the cc line
of the email. Although I subscribe to the MR (obviously), I get it in digest
form and often don't read it until the very end of the day.
