[MR] 12th Night Reservations

Greetings from the 12th Night Reservationist,

Reservations are now being accepted for 12th night.  Details can be
found at http://twelfthnight.atlantia.sca.org/ for mailing address,
prices, directions and activities.  

When you send in your reservation please, please, include the following
information:

Name (modern and SCA)
Membership Number and Expiration (if applicable) 
Email address (for your confirmation)
The names of everyone you are paying for (modern and SCA)

There is an on-line seating chart for feast.  As soon as you receive
your registration confirmation from me you can go out and sign up for
seats.  If you want to sit with a group of people, it is highly
recommended you send your reservations in together.

There is also an off-board area.  If you are attending and would like to
be included in the off-board area please state in your reservation as
well.
