Be aware that we are using the on-line feast seating chart.? To participate, you must include an email address with your reservation along with a?name for each paid feast seat.? Once your registration is received, you will be sent login information to select your seats.? The sign-up is first come, first served, and only available with a paid reservation.? There will be a feast chart available on the day of the event for those who are on-board, but have not yet signed up for seats

Also, we are in the process of negotiating the final prices for blocks of rooms at three local hotels.? I will let you know when this is complete.
