You ARE coming to St. Luke's Artisans' Faire, aren't you? Bring your
feastgear!

Can you believe St. Luke's is this weekend already? If you have sent me a
reservation for table space, I have replied to everyone. If you have not
received a confirmation from me, please send me an email. If you are
entering a Laurel's Challenge, please make sure that Laurel knows you are
doing so and then make sure I reserve a spot for your gorgeous display. If
you are not entering a challenge, please just come and share your art with
us for a day. This is the perfect time to show off your skills and talk
with like-minded individuals!

The tentative schedule is as follows:
10 am - site opens
1 pm - latest hour you can set up a challenge display
4 pm - deadline for judging
5 pm - court

I have arranged for a dayboard, so bring your feast gear. If you have food
allergies, this is the time to let me know. The dayboard is as follows,
subject to the whims of the market and our chef, Mistress Jadwiga:

- Sabrina Welserin's roast beef
- Sops: Hen in Broth
- Lentils with herbs and cheese
- Salat
- Gingerbrede
- Hais
- Rumpolt's flooded apples
- Millet with milk
- Barley groats with broth
- bread
- sauces including mustard, aquapatys (boiled garlic) and butter
- Seasonal fruit
- Carrots, celery, turnips
- pickles, olives
- hard boiled eggs
- Sekanjabin and Ginger Syrup drinks
- cheese as available

There are numerous fast food and sit-down establishments near the site as
well as shopping and hotels. Crash space can be arranged with advance
notice. I look forward to seeing all of you and your wonderful works of
art!
