Greetings to those who read this missive from Gisela event steward of War of the Wings III

I've spoken with the reservationist and we want to make certain that everyone who brings children to the event is prepared. We DO NOT WANT TO TURN ANYONE AWAY . . . but we must do so if you bring a child that is not your legal responsibility and do not have the proper forms.

If you are bringing your own children or children of whom you are legal guardians for, please bring or be prepared to fill out the Minor Consent to Participate form http://www.sca.org/docs/pdf/chldwaiv.pdf 


If you are bringing a child that IS NOT YOUR LEGAL CHILD by Atlantian Kingom Law you MUST have a properly NOTARIZED Medical Authorization for Minors form http://www.sca.org/docs/pdf/treatminor-notary.pdf AND the Minor Consent to Participate form http://www.sca.org/docs/pdf/chldwaiv.pdf 

Please take care of this before you hit gate. We cannot, no exceptions, allow the child on site without the notarized form. It isn't our decision and we have no leeway in the matter.
