[MR] Holiday Fair gate

Siegfried raises good points.  However, since this is a merchanting event, and I am a merchant, let me bring up a couple of ideas;

1)seperate check-in for merchants. Preferably someone with a clipboard, who can go to them rather than having them stand in line at the troll table. Since most merchants are showing up 2 hours before site opens to the public, this can help smooth out the setup proccess, facilitate getting vehicles out of the way, and generally make things easier. And since merchants and their staffs HAVE TO preregister, you don't have to collect money from them.

2)lunch orders - in the past, there has been someone from the dayboard going around to the merchants and taking orders for lunch, then delivering when it is ready. This was made of awesome and win. Please, if at all possible, do this again.
