Lady Yenega check could sit in envelope in the reservationists records for a
week and than the exchequers another few weeks ending up in a month.

Exchequer is a thankless job and they do great things for our game. I am
merely commenting on the semantics of the Atlantian book of policy quoted.

I guess from this excercise we can see why having an automated process will
be welcomed by all parties involved.
