[MR] NMS for minors (16-18) at Storvik Baronial Birthday

I was just looking at the event flyer for Storvik Baronial Birthday on the
website in preparation for coming tomorrow, and I noticed something that is
going to cause major issues at Troll.  Apparently we do not have discounted
prices for 16-18 year olds as is normally the practice.  I do not know how
or when this was decided (I don't remember discussing it at a meeting as I
would have brought this up then), but because of this we need to collect NMS
fees for every 16-18 year old non-member just as we do for adults.

This is a matter of corporate SCA
policy<http://www.sca.org/BOD/announcements/nms.html> as
quoted below:

"(3) The NMS will not be collected for minors for whom there is a discounted
event fee."

If you are planning on attending with a non-member minor (16-18 years old)
tomorrow, please be prepared to pay a $3 non-member surcharge for them in
addition to the site fee.

If you are working Troll or will be getting to the event early, please bring
a copy of this email and explain the situation to the head troll as I am
guessing that he/she is already on site.
