We are in the process of setting something up, and I anticipate this
won't be a problem.

As we have our Barony Meeting tonight, I believe we'll have a firmer
answer later this week, but basically, yes, we will have something
available.  I am just not certain what or whom at this time.

Also, note that we have reserved a bloc of discounted rooms at a local
motel for those for whom that is a better option.  Details on that
will be forthcoming (as soon as I get with the autocrat to prepare an
announcement).
