[MR] delivering scrolls and recommendations

There were several non scribes delivering scrolls for court business to WOW as a favor to scribes that couldn't make it. For that effort we thank you!! It's a wonderful favor and they all arrived in great shape!

For the future though, if you don't mind would you please deliver scrolls to Crown or designated person early in the day instead of at the end of the day? Several scrolls (I think 4) showed up around 4:30 at WOW. That makes it hard on scribes who are trying to figure out whether or not you need a promissory for that piece of business on that particular day.

I also note a wonderful thing from the online (Spike)? recommendations. These recommendations typically have the modern name of the person with the recommendation. Please think about this when sending recommendations if you're not using the online format. This is a great help to scribes who might have a text that uses to "he" or "she". Sometimes with SCA names the gender is not always obvious but the modern name along with the SCA name helps. We try to stay away from those texts for promissories but if we cut back texts too much eventually you end up saying nothing other than "tag you're it!" 20 times in one court.
